ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COST OTHER THAN THE FEE?

There are no hidden costs.  The only expenses that our client would bear would be for copy charges that the medical providers (doctors, hospitals etc.) charge to copy your medical records.  This money is not paid too our office but instead to your medical providers for your records.  If we refer you for an examination with a specialist, we will pay the cost of the examination and once you win the claim, we do expect reimbursement for that cost.  If you don't win, you don't even reimburse for the examination.  Outside filing a claim in the United States Federal District Court, there is never a charge for filing a social security disability application.  We never charge for phone calls, postage, law office copying costs or travel.  These expenses are simply eaten by the law office.  You never pay the Law Offices of William Grover Arnett, P.S.C. a penny unless you win your disability claim.
