A HISTORY OF HELPING PEOPLE!

You Pay no fee unless you win

You only pay a fee to the Law Offices of William Grover Arnett, P.S.C. when we win your social security disability claim.   Our fee in all Social Security Disability/SSI cases is contingent, which means we will not be paid unless you receive a favorable decision.   Our fee is usually 25% of the past-due benefits, but again we only get paid if we are successful. In most cases, our fee is capped at $5300. The cap is set by the Commissioner of Social Security, and is always subject to change. On many occasions we win claims so quickly that there is no past due benefits.  If your claim doesn’t have past-due benefits, we petition the Social Security Administration for approval of a $500.00 fee.
