Employment Law : Employment law is a broad area of the law encompassing all areas of the employer/employee relationship except the negotiation process covered by labor law and collective bargaining. See Labor Law & Collective Bargaining and Arbitration. Employment law consists of thousands of federal and state statutes, administrative regulations, and judicial decisions. Many employment laws (e.g., minimum wage regulations) were enacted as protective labor legislation. Other employment laws take the form of public insurance, such as unemployment compensation.

Employment Law Central : Contains a wide range of employment law issues. Provides treatise on employment law, new cases, judicial opinion database, and much more.

Employment Law Internet Sites : These sites are provided the National Employment Lawyers Association. The coverage ranges from Employee Benefits to Privacy Rights.

Internet Law Library : Employment, labor, and pension law : Maintained by the House of Representatives.  A large listing of employment and labor Internet sites and publications.

'Lectric Law Library's : Business Law Lounge section. Scroll to employer/employment issues. Provides general information on issues such as, Independent Contractor v. Employee, Employee Discrimination Outline, etc. 

Society for Human Resource Management : Legal issues and resources. Provides general, arbitration and mediation, handbooks and policies, immigration and alien employment, and sexual harassment information.

Summary of Laws, Regulations and Technical Assistance (Small Business Handbook) : This section provides information on all major statutes and regulations administered by the Department of Labor.
